Caterpillar teamed up with WeDigitalGarden to re-design its rental service for this market sector to position it for growth.
OUTCOME: 400% increase in sales for the pilot country (Switzerland).
LafargeHolcim created a new company in order to target the African diaspora. The focus is to allow the African diaspora to securely invest in real estate in their country of origin. The startup, smartdiaspora.com, enables its customers to select, customize and purchase homes online. Post purchase, customers are able to track the construction process and view the progress of their homes.OUTCOME: While creating a new revenue stream, LafargeHolcim was able to drive up the sale of cement, it’s core business, in Africa.
The SEB Group was seeking to accelerate time-to-market by utilizing agile. WeDigitalGarden designed and developed a new innovative service for the handcrafted culinary appliances segment. This service provided other benefits including better knowledge of customers’ usage patterns and better control over its product roadmap and inventory. OUTCOME: Online Minimal Viable Product was delivered in less than 3 months with over 110,000 users in just 6 months’ time.
