LafargeHolcim has created a startup in order to target the African diaspora. The focus is to allow the African diaspora to securely invest in real estate in their country of origin. The startup, SMARTDIASPORA.COM, enables its customers to select, customize and purchase homes online. Post purchase, customers are able to track the construction process and view the progress of their homes.
IMPACT:While creating a new revenue stream, LafargeHolcim was able to drive up the sale of cement in Africa.

The SEB Group was seeking to accelerate its transformation with agile methods to accelerate time-to-market. WeDigitalGarden designed and developed a new innovative service for the handcrafted culinary appliances segment. Other benefits included better knowledge of customers’ usage pattern and better control over its product roadmap and inventory.
IMPACT: Online MVP was delivered in less than 3 months with over 110,000 users in just 6 months’ time.
